After Hours Valet & Theater Policy - Dragonfly Parking

If you are attending the theater, you must receive your keys from valet before leaving. Once your keys are returned and your vehicle has been placed, you assume full possession, care, custody, and control of the vehicle.

Valet service ends at 11:30 PM. Any vehicle not retrieved by 11:30 PM is no longer under the care, custody, or control of Dragonfly Parking Incorporated or Osteria Mozza. Dragonfly Parking Incorporated assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, damage, or incident that may occur after valet service has ended or after the vehicle is no longer in our care.

If you return after valet service has ended, you will retrieve your vehicle from its parked location. If you return after closing without having received your keys, your vehicle will be parked in a parking lot across the street and keys will be left with the restaurant closing manager.

If the restaurant is closed and you do not have your keys, please call 323-297-0100 after 2:00 PM the following day to arrange vehicle retrieval.
